SERMON CORRECTION: In this lesson I mistakenly cited the word “revelers” (meaning “carousers,” or, as we might say today, “partiers”), as being used in 1 Cor. 6:9-10. While the word “revelries” is used to indicate such parties and those who engage in them in Gal. 5:19-21 (the text which I did go on to cite in the same context and immediately thereafter), the actual word used in 1 Cor. 6:9-10 is “revilers” (meaning “railers”), not “revelers” (meaning “carousers,” or “partiers”).
PLEASE NOTE: Neither the Bible, nor subsequently, the founder of this website, either endorse, recommend, or even minimally suggest that you might want to expose yourself to the multitude of man-made false doctrines and man-named and honoring religious groups that you will encounter on many of the websites found under the “fans also like” section of this site (Matthew 7:13-27; Mark 7:5-13; Acts 4:12; Romans 16:16-18; 2 Timothy 3:16-4:4; 2 Peter 2:1-3); a section which, unfortunately, we cannot seem to get removed.
