Like the military general who is unwilling to fight, there's one task for the Christian that if she or he is unwilling to do, it's all a bit redundant.
And that's making disciples and being in community.
James invites you to start living the Story in community. As soon as you put your trust in Jesus, you became a disciple.
The question is: are you going to commit to being a disciple?
Being a Christian is being part of a people; God's people and Christ's bride - the Church in family.
It might be messy, and we might get it wrong, but God has called us to be a community of brothers and sisters representing Him on earth.
