If you're anything like us, you know that fire is that special kind of weapon that you save for the most heinous of foes. Spiders, demons, ex-girlfriends... Martin Shkreli if we ever meet him in real life. However, when it comes to being absolutely bathed in flames, one creature stands out above the rest as the most deserving. Aliens. Not like the cute little grey guys with the big eyes and skinny legs. We're talking about big, nasty, gooey, snarling, tentacled, use your body like an ill fitting skin-suit kind of aliens. So this week in honor of that, we decided to scorch our taste buds with eight different hot sauces, and a sixer of Carolina Reaper Peach IPA from the Flying Dog Brewery's Heat Series. Then, along with our special guest and good friend Jon, we turned up the burners even more with a heated discussion about John Carpenter's: The Thing, and Mike may just have figured out the answer to the most burning question about the film. Who is human, and who is The Thing?
