Stop me if you've heard this one before - There's a family tragedy. Mom and son need to start over in a new house, secluded in the woods. The neighbors are quirky and the house seems to be....occupied by something else... sigh.
Its a tired formula, especially by Netflix standards, but hey, we've been surprised before.
