The Center for Science and Business is the newest academic building on campus. On campus we like to call it the CSB. The CSB opened in 2013 and aims to connect different areas of study, which is such an important part of the liberal arts. Whether you’re taking physics, biology, accounting or political science, there is something for every student under one roof. Here you will find professors’ offices with their doors wide open, ready to connect and invest in the lives of Monmouth students. The CSB features state of the art facilities, including a cadaver lab, counselor lab, CNC machine, and observatory! Even if you don’t have a class here, CSB has great study spaces, including breakout rooms that students can reserve for group projects. CSB is also home to the POD (Provisions On Demand) which is a small convenience store where students can grab a snack, coffee, or various supplies. Many events are held here as well, such as presentations from faculty or visiting speakers, alumni events, and other activities.
