Minister of Transportation Brian Mason has introduced amendments to the Traffic Safety Act (TSA) that, if passed, would require recreational users of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), snowmobiles, dirt bikes, etc., to wear helmets when heading out on the trail.
