The New Zealand-based artist delivers four tracks on Pleasure label which fuse Italo disco and cinematic synth influences for a tension-filled offering. With previous releases on Haven, Murder and the 8-track LP, Raw Dogs. With 'Fixation', the producer slows down the tempo and all tracks were produced and recorded solely from hardware which also means they can be played live exactly how they sound on the EP. With influences ranging from cyberpunk to classic horror soundtracks, that definitely shines through on this great release.
