The Brvtalist is pleased to present a new mix from Younger Than Me. The project of Italian-born, Berlin-based Francesco Mingrino, he's already had big releases on labels like Bordello A Parigi, Amsterdam-Utrecht based platform XXX, Rotterdam’s Bar, Jennifer Cardini’s Dischi Autunno and founded his own 90’s Wax imprint in 2017. Pushing a modern crossover of ‘90s influenced progressive house, trance, EBM, breakbeat and techno - it’s 90’s Wax that best defines the Italian’s love for modern influences of club music and idiosyncratic rave.
Approaching his DJ sets and productions with a fun yet forceful sound - Younger Than Me finds himself resident DJ at Tempio Del Futuro Perduto in Milan and a former selector at Dude Club / L'Osservatorio Astronomico as well as previously headlining club nights at Le Sucre in Lyon, Ankali in Prague, Breakfast Club in Tel Aviv. In addition, he recently founded a new DJ and production collaboration with Curses named Y2C - a project sees the pair deliver their own version of ‘rave wave’ through a love for ‘80s new wave and ‘90s rave.
