The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from TonalTheory. Based in Washington, DC, USA, TonalTheory is a dynamic, self-taught producer/DJ duo known for their take on high-energy, percussive driving, hard techno. Lending an homage to their classical backgrounds and incorporating melodic influences, their versatility and vision captivate audiences of all genres of music.
With numerous local and international releases, the duo launched their own label, Undertone, in 2021. Undertone has quickly become a beacon for boundary-pushing, and hopes to serve as a platform for like-minded producers to showcase their artistry. TonalTheory actively nurtures the local DC music scene by hosting their signature high-energy techno, mind blowing production label nights and collaborating with industry-leading promoters and clubs. Performing everywhere from warehouse raves to clubs and festivals, and headlining their own shows across North America, Europe, and Asia, their DJ sets are signified by relentless hard-hitting techno that simultaneously takes their listeners on a cathartic journey.
