In February 1991 Deadpool first appeared in comics but not until 2013 that the world got their first glimpse of what he might be like off the comic book page. The Ultimate Spider-Man animated series is a long-forgotten 5-year show that did some good work at quite a few little-known characters, DEADPOOL being the most significant of them all.
