In this episode, I go solo, I ramble on about planning out your year to be successful. Coaches and clients need to understand that in 12 months there is no way to be consistent in the gym and on your diet 100% of the time. How does that look like? On average a typical client will have 8 out of the 12 months where they are consistent. Be self aware of that, and coaches should plan accordingly where to be on top of their clients.
