The enigmatic Amish Boy returns to Power Vacuum next month with an EP which – once again – is not for the faint of heart. 'Nice Try Donnie!' is his second EP in just a few months for the outsider-dance label run by mischief-maker Milo Smee, AKA Bintus, and a more appropriate home surely couldn’t be found. ‘Funny Blups’ starts out monstrously misshapen, blasting out toxic gunk and unidentified foreign objects, before coagulating into a gloopy rave organism that has you trapped like a fly on sticky paper. Fans of Diagonal, EVOL and even PC Music need this in their lives; the EP’s out on May 6.
