Russian singer-songwriter and producer Atariame deconstructs dream pop ditties until only faint glimmers of them remain. The tracks on 'Voiceless' – a new album which the RBMA 2018 alumna recorded for LA's distinguished Not Not Fun label - are steeped in lush static and shimmering traces of melody. Album cut "Outside At 5 AM" showcases the catchier side of her ambient, drone and shoegaze inspired experimentation, providing a striking example of what the label aptly describes as Atariame's "rhythmic noise vignettes".
