Istanbul producer Grup Ses & Cologne-based electric saz player Elektro Hafız have teamed up to release a collaborative album, Varyete, out July 6th on Zel Zele. The joint venture provides a platform for the expansion of adventurous Anatolian sound. “Büyüleyici Part 4” sees Grup Ses lopping a chunk of the cosmic block chain and sending it skittering across the Bosphorus Bridge leaving a shimmering spice-laden trail in its wake.
