Istanbul’s Seretan has mainly impressed us with his evocative soundscapes in the past, but on his latest effort he strikes a slightly different tone. “Sparks” demands attention with a crashing breakbeat and a gnarly bassline, making the track sound like a cyberpunk take on early hip-hop.
