The border-crossing rhythms of Mexicali-based producer Siete Catorce are about to culminate in a head-spinning EP for Athens label Hypermedium. The four tracks on 'Agnosia' look to the traditional rhythms of Latin America but find expression in the language of experimental club music: seams of noise, frantic glitches and heavy basslines bring chaos and groove in equal measure. Before the EP drops on May 25, we debuted the gravity-defying reverse-shuffle of ’Risa’, the EP’s opening track.
