Given the enormously productive period that @throwingsnow launched into upon graduating from the Red Bull Music Academy in 2013, we're extra thrilled to welcome him back to a string of international RBMA stages this summer. But before the London-based producer plays @theparklifeweekender on June 7 and @sonarfestival on June 13, this special VIP edit brings a slightly different side of the alum to the forefront than what can be heard on his outstanding Mosaic LP.
Straying from the original's arresting gloom, "The Tempest VIP" comes with a dancefloor-ready house knock. Fellow Academy graduate Adda Kaleh's vocals (@ama-diver) retain their solemn semblance, but in combination with the deep, determined 4x4 rhythm, it conjures up an all new kind of despairing euphoria.
