Now that we have set our intentions for the year, let's talk about habits.

First of all, we are only going to start with ONE habit at a time!! Let’s choose a habit that matches your intention for the year so we can start with a strong desire for change.

-If your intention is to be grateful, the habit could be write in your gratitude journal daily.
-If your intention is to be more present, the habit could be to turn your phone off at 6 pm every night.
-If your intention is to be healthier, the habit could be to drink more water or eliminate a food from your diet.
-If your intention is to be inspired, listen to a new podcast in a new genre everyday.

You get the point. Instead of focusing on the result like “lose ten pounds” or “make lots of money” with intentions and habits, we are focusing on the process.

I know you have heard takes 21 days to form a habit, but the average human needs 65 days and it can vary from 12-200+ for habits to actually stick depending on the person and the habit.
