Guys, these things are so overlooked! Finding these things for your business is your goal and what you need to work on for 2022. I break it all down today and provide examples of how I've done it in my 10 years of being in business.

You are focusing too much time on whose not joining you and who didn’t buy from you, and not enough time focusing on who you want buying from you. We go through phases in our business where we feel like everybody needs to hire us, but that is not our goal.

Remember, remember, remember. When we are focused on our target market and what we're offering, we’re less offended when somebody goes elsewhere because we know they are not our target audience. When we focus on attracting people who fit our product and brand, we’re going to be TONS more confident in our business.
