Last week, the City of Columbia hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the newest business in the Vista district, Boku Kitchen and Saloon. Boku is an Asian and ramen themed restaurant that offers a family friendly atmosphere. Their menu includes a wide variety of Asian cuisine including wok dishes, noodles/ramen, soups, salads, and more.
The owner of Boku, Michael Duganier, has also brought two other restaurants to Columbia, Publico at Bull Street (which opened this year). And Publico Kitchen & Tap in Five Points. Both Publicos offer Latin-Asian inspired dishes like tacos, quesadillas, and burritos – as well as ramen dishes, poke bowls, sushi, and many other flavorful selections. Both have fabulous outdoor spaces that are dog friendly.
