Cathy Rigg, founder of the Columbia-based brand marketing firm Riggs Partners, has published her debut novel, THAT WHICH BINDS US (Keylight Books, June 2025). Set in the mountains of Southwest Virginia where Rigg’s family roots run deep, the historical fiction follows five lives intertwined during the Civil War. This first novel marks a return to Rigg’s creative roots and a powerful new voice in Southern storytelling.
