Maria just completed a hike and agreed to talk with me about the inner workings of karma as she views it.
This was my first time conducting SE at this location. This spot in particular seems to have many characteristics that are conducive to my activities: good lighting yet some shade, relatively quiet, steady foot traffic, and a diverse range of ages (although perhaps trending a bit older), to name a few.
I hope to run into Maria and/or Rose again for a follow-up discussion about karma, and perhaps some of other supernatural beliefs they may hold.

Mistakes:
As we were departing and I asked her to set a reminder on her phone to contact me in six months to "let me know where she is at", I should have included "on the belief scale", so she wouldn't potentially confuse it with me asking for her physical location.
