Morning power hour includes:
• A pint of water on waking
• Vitamins
• Make my bed
• 5-15 minutes Dynamic movement (sun salutations or mat Pilates)
• 5-10 min hip opening stretches with strap
• 5-10 minutes rad roller (Achilles, calf, IT band, glutes, quads, pecs, back, neck in that order)
• 10 minutes meditation ending with 3 cycles Wim Hof breathwork
• 5 Minute Journal a.m. entry (which takes care of gratitude, MIT and daily affirmation)
• Brush Teeth
• Coffee ☕️
Midday
• Box breathing/meditation/movement as needed
Evening
• No technology 1 hour before bedtime
• Yoga Nidra as needed
• 5 minute journal p.m. entry
• Herbal tea
• Large glass of water w Calm Magnesium powder to promote relaxation
