I used to suffer from depression... or at least I thought I did.
Many of my coaching clients also have this complaint. Even people who have gone through years of therapy, meditation and even medication still can't seem to win their fight with depression.
Through combining the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Stoic acceptance of pain and taking responsibility for emotions, I've developed a new way of looking at depression.
