Summertime just feels like the right time for the classics. Join us as our teachers dig back into history to re-teach some of their very best teachings! We will - amongst other things - revisit a verse-by-verse analysis of The Lord’s Prayer, hear some favorite teaching stories, learn what to do with regret, and ponder why it seems God answers some prayers and not others. This promises to be a fun, powerful and energizing 5-week series as we move as a congregation toward Fall and our annual Gathering service.
In this teaching, Dave says each one of us needs God’s forgiveness for sin, healing from brokeness and cleansing from guilt and shame. When we surrender to Christ and receive God’s forgiveness it changes us forever. When we get stuck and feel unmotivated to serve God, we need to focus upon what He has already done for us instead of beating ourselves up.
