Why God cares less about our “religious activity” and more about how we treat others … Too often we concern ourselves with trying to please God through religious activity. We get caught up in how often we come to worship, how many Bible studies we attend, how much we give, how authentically we worship. Are these the things God cares most about? If not, what does he want from me? Isaiah tells us … God cares deeply about how we treat our neighbor. Even more than he does about the level of our religious activity. This is so clearly what Jesus taught, too. How does that apply to us today?
