Do you ever feel like a sermon was talking about you? I call that the Sunday Sermon Conviction Syndrome and everyone has felt it at one time or another. I think it is a result of being human and feeling the effects of universal truths. Shame, guilt, and sin all feel the same regardless of worldview. Grace, mercy, and freedom feels the same no matter what race or economic status... because truth is that which corresponds to reality.
