She discusses her work in Flint, Michigan to help build resilience in the face of disaster and the progress and setbacks in that city. She also discusses compassion and the homeless population in Louisville and tells listeners how they too can get involved with the Resilient Families Project. Also, host Avery Kolers discusses Gov. Bevin's justifications for his Medicaid work requirement.
