We discuss why trees are of such great value, particularly in an urban environment; what the Louisville Trees Initiative and key partners such as Louisville Grows and Trees Louisville are doing to protect and expand our urban canopy; how you can be a part of this effort; and what Louisville’s new city tree ordinance offers to support the cause.
