Description

Rest a while, beside a cool stream, sit a spell on the porch & savor a glass of pure water, close your eyes & enter the calm, quiet space behind them . . . On this week’s program, we will submerse briefly, in the primal element of Water, with Kari H. Nolan, a NAMA Certified Medical Ayurveda Practitioner, Herbalist, Educator & founder of Shamana Eco Ayurveda. Join us to learn a few of the myriad ways in which this sentient force of Nature, Water, can also become a kind & nourishing ally in your sustainable wellness endeavors.

Kari is a Louisville native, and lifelong student of the wonder of Nature. She has lived her life in synch with the ancient healing science of Ayurveda for over 30 years.  She helps others to open inner doorways to the discovery, experience & care of their true inner nature, through deepening their own inherent relationship with the foundational Ayurvedic elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Earth & especially the Waters of Earth.

Tune in as we touch on the historical roots of Ayurveda, and offer a few simple suggestions for daily, calming & kind connection with Water, as a fertile beginning for emotional and physical health & sustainable wellness. As a translator and living bridge between ancient Ayurveda & daily modern life, Kari hopes that her work serves both Nature and human beings equally. She specializes in teaching Ayurvedic self-care of both our delicate & permeable, subtle inner body & physical body, toward understanding & living our lives fully, and in tune with the rhythms of Nature.

Kari would love to hear from you!
