On this edition of Sustainability Now!, your host, Justin Mog, sets down his seed catalogs for a chat with Simon Cozzens, the Urban Agriculture Program Manager for Louisville Grows. Simon is a Louisville native with a passion for sustainable communities. He studied Cognitive Science at Yale University, where he focused on the social-cognitive foundation of power. He returned to Louisville after graduating with a BA in 2013, and began gardening in the Portland neighborhood. After working to build trails with the American Conservation Experience in California, he completed his Permaculture Design Certification at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage and began working with Louisville Grows.
