Participants Bio:
Jean-Christophe Boucher is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy and Department of Political Science at the University of Calgary a CGAI Fellow, and a director of research in civil-military relations at the Canadian Defence and Security Network

Colleen Bell is an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, specializing in theories of security and war and the boundary between military and civilian modes of intervention.

Nik Nanos is the chief data scientist at Nanos Research, a global fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, Honorary Captain (Navy), a research professor at the State University of New York in Buffalo and the official pollster for The Globe and Mail.
