- Dave Perry (host): Senior Analyst and Vice President with the Canadian Global Affairs Institute.
- Ian Mack: CGAI fellow and was director-general in the Department of National Defence from 2007 to 2017 and was responsible for the conception, shaping and support to the launch and subsequent implementation of the National Shipbuilding Strategy. He is also Fellow of the International Centre for Complex Project Management
