James Bezan has been a Member of Parliament since 2004 when he ran to advocate for farmers struggling with the BSE crisis. He has chaired the standing committees for Agriculture and Agri-Food, Environment and National Defence.
Bezan has been the Shadow Minister for National Defence since 2015. He is active on files dealing with military procurement, mental health issues in the Canadian Forces, the war against ISIS, and Russia’s aggression in Ukraine. https://votejamesbezan.ca/about/
