This 4th of July, 78 immigrants became American Citizens during Monticello's 53rd annual naturalization ceremony. The event began at 9 a.m. sharp, with the Chinese gong on Mr. Jefferson’s great clock signaling the hour. WTJU's Emily Richardson-Lorente was there.
