In this episode I talk to Virginia LeBaron. She is licensed Nurse Practitioner, has her PhD in nursing, and is a professor at the UVa School of Nursing. She takes us through her decision to stay with nursing, what it is like to be a professor, where she attended undergrad, and all the different sides to being a nurse.
