Ash is Quadriplegic with Cerebral Palsy, he's 28 years old and refuses to be told he can do things despite his illness affecting all four limbs. He has to concentrate on his speech so that others can understand but that hasn't stopped him being a radio presenter and swimming a mile amongst a host of other amazing challenges.
