You may see the t-shirt slogan once in a while, "Life is good." But sometimes life is not good. Sometimes it's tragic and heartbreaking. Did you know that the most common prayer in the Psalms is lament -- a complaint or cry for help? We cry out to God, "Save me from my enemies! Save me from my circumstances! A prayer of lament is desperation directed toward God.
