Total Commitment...God's Covenant with Us
Exodus 19:4-8
One day a chicken and a pig were walking down the road together when they went past a billboard. They stopped to look up and saw an advertisement for a restaurant that specialized in a breakfast of eggs and bacon. After reading the sign the pig shuddered. “What’s wrong?” asked the chicken. The pig replied, “Well, for you that meal is a token sacrifice; but for me it is total commitment.” When we give ourselves to God and commit to God’s holy covenant there is nothing halfway about it. This week we will learn about making a total commitment to God.
