Description

Africa is well-known for its energetic dance styles including mbalax, bikutsi, and Afrobeat. Butthere is also a softer, gentler tradition of ballads and storytelling using instruments such as the harp-like kora, the mbira, or thumb-piano, the acoustic guitar itself, and of course, the voice: the most acoustic instrument of them all! Experience these in a mellow and melodious visit to an "African Cafe".
