This Tape is the result of 3,5 years of hardworking and has been developed as I was growing into life. This was inspired by Burundi & Rwanda and describes my life as a close friend to many africans here in France. My goal is to put Burundi on the map because nobody knows about this country and it's culture. But this is my lifestyle. Since I started with fashion design two years ago, my way of producing started to change. I decided not to put pressure on my work and my vision started to take a new dimension. A new wave. I see a great link between music, pattern drawing for sewing and architecture through mathematics and geometry. That's what I am digging everyday.
I always have felt a great link with Africa and an overwhelming attraction I can't really explain. This is hypnotizing. I feel home when I'm surrounded by my black brothers, they know it ...
I try to take you to the source with this album and paint something colorful and wavy for you.
If this project has a message it is : I want you to hang on to your vision and your dreams because when God has a great plan for you, all that whoop-de-doo can't change a thing. Some people talk, and some people do, remember it! When nobody sees your worth and your purpose on this planet, hang on ! God sees it anyway ! You're not alone ... You can be anything you want! Just believe in yourself and a breakthrough will appear. Everything is a matter of time...
