This week, we invite you to sit on our Texas porch, pop a bottle and discuss the recent-ish (recent when we recorded it) controversy surrounding the YouTube "beauty community" and their use of the n-word. This leads us to a deeper discussion about racism, identity politics, and our personal experiences growing up in two very different parts of Ohio, one affluent, suburban and white where the n-word was never uttered, and one working class, struggling and (relatively) integrated, where it was.
