In 2006, a life-changing motorbike accident left Alex in a coma and unable to walk. But instead of giving up, he turned this challenge into an opportunity to discover the limitless power of the human body to heal and perform—naturally! Now in his 40s and in the best shape of his life, Alex is inspiring others worldwide to unlock their full potential through The VITAL HEALTH “Bridge to Freedom” program, which he co-founded with Sophie Das-Neves.
