While working in the Robbery Detail, Joe Friday receives a call from a woman who says she must see him because she believes her husband is in trouble.
When the detectives meet with the woman, she nervously explains that she believes her husband is about to be involved in a hold up.
As the detectives investigate, however, it appears the man is a model citizen.
Good police procedural with the ever present snappy dialogue.
