Gunsmoke - The Sins of the Father
Big Dan Daggitt is a mountain man. When he comes into Dodge and checks into the Dodge House he is accompanied by his wife.
Everything is fine until Mr. Dobie, owner of the Dodge House, discovers that Mrs. Daggitt is an Indian -- and not just any Indian. She is the daughter of Yellow Horse -- an Indian renegade who was responsible for the deaths of many settlers.
Dobie unites the townspeople against the Daggitts while Matt makes every effort to maintain law and order. Sadly, he is not successful.
