Joe and Frank are assigned to homicide/missing persons where they are called in to search for a missing young woman whose husband is overseas in the military.
Their investigation leads them to a dance club where the young woman worked dancing with men for a fee. (Remember ten cents a dance?)
It is there the detectives find out she was threatened with murder by a jealous dance partner with a criminal record.
