Entrepreneurship Guest Lecture: Levi Roots, founder, Reggae Reggae Sauce

Date: 5th November 2009

Keith Valentine Graham, better known as Levi Roots, is a reggae musician, chef, and entrepreneur who resides in Brixton, South London. He gained widespread fame after appearing on the BBC's UK television programme Dragons' Den. He appeared in the first episode of the fourth series and was offered a 20% stake in his business in return for £50,000 by Dragon and successful entrepreneur Peter Jones.

Shortly after Levi's appearance on the programme, Sainsbury's announced that they would be stocking the sauce in 600 of their stores and High Street sandwich chain Subway began selling Reggae Reggae Chicken Sub in its UK outlets. He has since gone on to host his own BBC television Caribbean cookery series called: 'Caribbean Food Made Easy'.
