One of the fastest ways to access new insights and empowerment in our working lives is to change the language that we use about them. We unconsciously get into loops that say “this is how it is and always will be,” but the reality is far more nuanced and colorful. By choosing different words, we open up to new possibilities for ourselves and our communities.
