Queens University men's and women's swimming team coach Jeff Dugdale backstroked by the studio and sweet Phelps a-Cuppin' did we have an amicable chat. Queens has won three (!) consecutive national titles in men's and women's swimming. I asked Coach Dugdale about a method of motivation he uses that may be a little unorthodox.
