The Local Selection mix series this week comes from Cork Native Medb, who supplies us with a fantastic and deep hour of jungle, breaks and D&B to make this a great addition to our series.
Currently residing in Australia, Medb recently blew us away with her guest mix for Kate Butler on the much loved @dublindigitalradio. Upon listening to her show, we simply had to request a mix for our series. While in Ireland she was part of the badass DJ duo Really Bad Mother’s- [shout out to Bad Mother #2 Rachel] who earned their stripes playing the best in breaks, dubstep and all things bass music.
Today she smashes our Wednesday afternoon with a back to back mix of experimental bass, beats and jungle. With tracks from Luke Vibert, LMajor and Om Unit, this local selector has no doubt got a serious selection of records we want to hear more of.
